I Think I Should Change My Profile Pic …
It looks nothing like me. I guess I use this photo because this is what I want my stomach look like one day. Is that so bad?
This is what I look like now… or at least some time last week:
In short, I got my work cut out for me.
I think I was very good this week. I have been tracking at I eat in my food log all of this week and I never kept any type of journal for this long before. I have been slacking off in the exercise department (haven’t worked out for the last two days 
.) but I am going to burn it out this weekend to make up for it.
I weighed myself this morning. Hurray! I got to my first mini goal weight of 150 pounds! I like setting my goal weight small because this way it seems so easy to achieve and every little bit counts. Thanks to everyone who have lent their encouragement and support so far.

Part of this journey is about being honest and true to yourself. You have a goal, and if you work at it very hard, you’ll reach it. I don’t know about having a flat stomach like that. I know realistically I won’t be able to have one like that since I had two kids and went up to 260 pounds, so that extra skin will take YEARS to leave lol but hey, at least we have goals!!!!!
I wouldn’t change your profile pic if it is encouraging or positive to you. Personally, pictures of models or thin, fit women just make me feel bad about where I am, and it would be discouraging to me instead of motivating. But it is your profile, your pic, and make your picture what makes you feel good!
I like - the profile pic - i want that too… u have a goal - no matter what u look like, strive at it & u’ll feel wonderful even if u acheive half a look as the picture - i hope i do !
I want that to-one on the first pic–even though I would gladly switch with you too lol. I say like the others, hey, if it helps you, then leave it!
oh I would LOVE a toned stomach like that. I have always had a big stomach and it is getting flatter but still looks nothing like that one above!! I think if it motivates you then keep it, we have to do what works!!!
